Summary
With a recent update, Soapbox’s front-end portal service is even more flexible and powerful. Now, Soapbox administrators can choose to enable a seamlessly integrated front-end login experience with identity providers like Salesforce, Okta and more using the Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) protocol.
This single sign-on (SSO) experience dramatically simplifies the front-end user experience by allowing users to login to Soapbox with their credentials from the selected identity provider.
As an example, if your organization uses Salesforce Experience Cloud to engage with members, you can choose to extend your members' logged in experience through the power of Soapbox’s online engagement apps by offering a unified login experience where all your members need is their Experience Cloud credentials to gain access to all that Soapbox has to offer.
Happy Soapboxing!
