This exciting release adds support for triggering a recurring donation upsell prompt to help you convert one-time donations into monthly subscriptions - just in time for the giving season!
A game changer for fundraising and development teams, you now have a simple and automatic way to nudge your one-time donors to become recurring donors as they are making a gift. After a donor clicks the “Submit” button for a one-time donation, they will see a pop-up prompting them to make a recurring gift to your organization.
On the backend, the administrator may define the recommended monthly recurring donation amount, or upsell amount, based on the donation amount that a front-end site visitor inputs. For example, if a visitor plans to make a one-time donation between $0 and $49.99, the upsell can prompt them to make a $10 monthly contribution. If the visitor plans to make a one-time donation between $50 and $99.99, the upsell can instead prompt them to make a $25 monthly contribution. And so on.
