Viewing recurring upsell conversion data

For the recurring upsell feature in the Donations app, you can view conversion data for individual transactions on the Transaction detail view as well as filter by conversion status using the Transaction advanced filter pane.

To filter by conversion status using the Transaction advanced filter pane:

  • Go the Transactions view in the Donations app
  • Click the filter icon to the right of the page to open the filter pane
  • For Recurring Upsell Conversion, select Any, Upsell displayed and converted, Upsell displayed and not converted, or No upsell displayed, depending on your preference
  • Set any of the other filter parameters as you wish
  • Click Save

Upon saving the advanced filter pane settings, only Transactions matching your selection will appear in the view and be included in these summary values at the top of the view:

  • Total Number of Transactions
  • Total Amount of Transactions
  • Average Transaction Amount

To view recurring upsell conversion status for an individual transaction:

  • Go the Transactions view in the Donations app
  • Find the transaction in question using the search field and/or filter pane
  • Click the hyperlinked Name to view the Transaction detail view
  • In the Transaction Information section, the Recurring Upsell Conversion label and its value of "Upsell displayed and converted" or "Upsell displayed and not converted" will be displayed if the donor was presented the upsell prompt
NOTE: Recurring upsell metrics are gathered for transactions processed through the standard Donation form as well as the Donations modal popup for all transactions on or after December 1, 2022 at 9:15 pm CT.
