How you view and edit the app-wide Configuration settings for Forms is determined by the version of the Soapbox administrator your site has: Soapbox Lightning, Soapbox Engage Classic, or Soapbox CMS Classic.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Lightning administrator:
To view and edit the app-wide Configuration settings for Forms, you can either a) click the gear icon in the upper right of the Forms Pages module on the home page; or b) click the App Launcher waffle to the left of the navigation bar. In the App Launcher popup, do any of the following:
- Click the Forms app tile and then click the Configuration tab in the page that loads;
- Scroll to the All Items section of the popup and click Forms > Configuration; or
- Type "Forms" in the search field and click Forms > Configuration in All Items in the results.
For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Engage Classic administrator:
To view and edit the app-wide Configuration settings for Forms, click Forms in the main menu. In the Forms Control Panel, click the Configuration tab.
For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox CMS Classic administrator:
To view and edit the app-wide Configuration settings for Forms, go to Components > Salesforce Dashboard > Forms in the main menu. In the Forms Control Panel, click the Configuration tab.
