Viewing and editing app-wide Configuration settings for Donations – Soapbox Support Center

How you view and edit the app-wide Configuration settings for Donations is determined by the version of the Soapbox administrator your site has: Soapbox Lightning, Soapbox Engage Classic, or Soapbox CMS Classic.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Lightning administrator:

To view and edit the app-wide Configuration settings for Donations, you can either a) click the gear icon in the upper right of the Donations Pages module on the home page; or b) click the App Launcher waffle to the left of the navigation bar. In the App Launcher popup, do any of the following:

Click the Donations app tile and then click the Configuration tab in the page that loads;
Scroll to the All Items section of the popup and click Donations > Configuration; or
Type "Donations" in the search field and click Donations > Configuration in All Items in the results.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Engage Classic administrator:

To view and edit the app-wide Configuration settings for Donations, click the gear icon in the upper right of the Donations Pages module on the home page. You may also click Donations in the main menu and then click the Configuration tab in the Donations Manager.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox CMS Classic administrator:

To view and edit the app-wide Configuration settings for Donations, go to Components > Donations > Configuration in the main menu.
