Boost recurring donations this giving season with the new upsell prompt!This is a reminder of the scheduled upgrade to the Non-Profit Soapbox platform to be conducted from 10 pm ET this Saturday, November 17th through 2 am ET, Sunday, November 18th.
As highlighted in our original notice last week, your website administrator will be locked and unavailable for you to access and edit site content during the entirety of this four hour upgrade window. In addition, this four hour window will include a period of approximately 20 minutes of downtime for your website.
The upgrade window as been scheduled at a time and day intended to minimize the inconvenience this will cause. We will post updates to this forum when the upgrade window begins and when it has been successfully completed so you will know when you will be able to access your site administrator.
