Notice of scheduled maintenance window - February 22, 2014

This notice is to inform you of a scheduled maintenance window for the Non-Profit Soapbox platform to be conducted Saturday, February 22nd starting at 8:30 pm ET. This maintenance will install security updates to the server which hosts the https://[yourprefix].secure.nonprofitsoapbox.com url used to process secure transactions.

The upgrade window is scheduled to last thirty minutes, beginning at 8:30 pm ET and concluding at approximately 9 pm ET. This thirty minute window will include a period of approximately 15 - 20 minutes of downtime for all pages using the secure https://[yourprefix].secure.nonprofitsoapbox.com url. During this period of downtime, secure pages using this url for donations, event registrations, or e-commerce transactions will be unavailable.

We take both the security and uptime of your site very seriously. To that end, we have scheduled this maintenance window for the soonest possible time that would allow for advanced notice and fall outside of regular business hours.
