Not to worry! The apps are still there and ready to serve, they just got a name change as part of our Soapbox update last night.
Salesforce Search is now Directories and Salesforce Submit is now Forms.
These changes were made for concision, to provide a more descriptive name for the apps, and to bring consistency to our naming conventions from both a product and marketing perspective.
So, not to worry! You still have all the features of the Salesforce Search and Salesforce Submit apps just with the shorter names of Directories and Forms!
