Release date: July 20, 2015
Soapbox 2.10.30 included the following features and fixes:
User Manager
- The standard message shown to visitors should they attempt to login to the front end of a website and their website user account is not enabled has been altered to be less abrasive. It originally said this:
“Login denied! Your account has either been blocked or you have not activated it yet. Did you not get an activation e-mail and follow the validation link?”
It now reads like this:
“Oops! Your account has not yet been activated or has been blocked by an administrator. Please check your inbox for an email with a verification link to activate your account.” - RESOLVED: When an administrator created a new website user in the User Manager of the administrator, if the site has Salesforce User Integration enabled and the new user account has a matching Contact in Salesforce, the email sent to the user alerting them of their new account merely stated "SEND_MSG_ACTIVATE" in the email body.
This was not a helpful.
This unhelpful message has been replaced with the proper level of detail as well the activation link required to enable their account.
This is much more helpful.
