- if yes, we send your ticket to our professional services team
- our professional services team creates an estimate including deliverables, price, and timeline
- once you approve the estimate, we send you a work order for electronic signature by your team
- we provide you access to project management service to communicate about the work
- we complete the work together
- we celebrate success with you (typically, a dance)
- we ask you to rate our professional services
