Boost recurring donations this giving season with the new upsell prompt!If you are using the Nonprofit Success Pack with Salesforce, you can include Soapbox Donations in the rollup field calculations. To do so:
- Login to Salesforce
- Click on the plus sign (+) to the right of the main navigation
- Click Household Settings
- Under Opportunity Rollups Record Types, make sure that Soapbox Donation and Soapbox Recurring Donation are not selected to be excluded from the rollups
- Click Save
