Hyperlink a Salesforce Element on the List Display view to the Record Display view

In Directories, you can choose to hyperlink any Salesforce Element on the List Display view to the Record Display view.

In this example, the field with the Contact Person in a Salesforce record is placed below the Organization Name on the List Display view and hyperlinked to the Record Display view:

To hyperlink a Salesforce Element on the List Display view to the Record Display view:

• Open the Directories page containing the records to which you wish to search and display
• Go to the List Display tab
• Click the Edit Element icon for the Salesforce Element - or click Add Salesforce Element, if the element does not exist yet
• For Link to Record, choose Yes

• Click Save on the form
