Managing Meta Descriptions, Keywords, and Time Zone in Site Settings

Overview

Site Settings allows you to manage default meta information for your Soapbox Engage pages as well as the time zone associated with your site.

Default meta settings can be used when a page does not have its own meta information configured, while your site's time zone affects time-sensitive functionality throughout Soapbox.

How to Update Your Site Settings

Navigate to: Soapbox Engage Administrator → Site Settings

Global Site Meta Description

The Global Site Meta Description provides a default description for Soapbox Engage pages that do not have their own meta description configured.

Enter the description you would like to use as your site's default.

Global Site Meta Keywords

The Global Site Meta Keywords provide default keywords for Soapbox Engage pages that do not have their own meta keywords configured.

Enter the keywords you would like to use as your site's default.

Time Zone

Select the Time Zone you would like associated with your Soapbox Engage site.

Your site's time zone affects time-sensitive functionality within Soapbox, including the display of Events and access to tickets and promo codes.

After making your changes, click Save.
