Enabling and requiring Contact Information fields for a Store order form

For the Contact Information section of a stores' order form, First Name, Last Name, and Email Address are always displayed and required. Beyond this, you have the option of displaying and requiring Phone and Organization.

To do so:

  • In the administrator, Navigate to the Shop Manager
  • Open the store you wish edit
  • Click the Contact Info tab
  • For Phone, choose Show or Hide, and check Required, if you wish to require this of the ordered
  • For Organization, choose Show or Hide, and check Required, if you wish to require this of the ordered
  • Click Save
