For the Contact Information section of a stores' order form, First Name, Last Name, and Email Address are always displayed and required. Beyond this, you have the option of displaying and requiring Phone and Organization.
To do so:
- In the administrator, Navigate to the Shop Manager
- Open the store you wish edit
- Click the Contact Info tab
- For Phone, choose Show or Hide, and check Required, if you wish to require this of the ordered
- For Organization, choose Show or Hide, and check Required, if you wish to require this of the ordered
- Click Save
