Viewing and editing app-wide Configuration settings for Petitions – Soapbox Support Center

How you view and edit the app-wide Configuration settings for Petitions is determined by the version of the Soapbox administrator your site has: Soapbox Lightning, Soapbox Engage Classic, or Soapbox CMS Classic.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Lightning administrator:

To view and edit the app-wide Configuration settings for Petitions, you can either a) click the gear icon in the upper right of the Petitions Pages module on the home page; or b) click the App Launcher waffle to the left of the navigation bar. In the App Launcher popup, do any of the following:

Click the Petitions app tile and then click the Configuration tab in the page that loads;
Scroll to the All Items section of the popup and click Petitions > Configuration; or
Type "Petitions" in the search field and click Petitions > Configuration in All Items in the results.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Engage Classic administrator:

To view and edit the app-wide Configuration settings for Petitions, click the gear icon in the upper right of the Petitions Pages module on the home page. You may also click Petitions in the main menu and then click the Configuration tab in the Soapbox Petitions Control Panel.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox CMS Classic administrator:

To view and edit the app-wide Configuration settings for Petitions, go to Components > Petitions > Control Panel in the main menu. In the Soapbox Petitions Control Panel, click Configuration.
