Viewing and managing Products in the administrator

How you view and manage Shop Products in the administrator is determined by the version of the Soapbox administrator your site has: Soapbox Lightning, Soapbox Engage Classic, or Soapbox CMS Classic.

I have the Soapbox Lightning Administrator with...

  • Soapbox Engage User Account module at the top of the right column of the home page

I have the Soapbox Engage Classic Administrator with... I have the Soapbox CMS Classic Administrator with...

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Lightning administrator:

To view and manage Shop Products, do any of the following: a) in the Standard Apps section of the popup, click the Shop app tile and then the Products menu item in the contextual navigation; b) scroll to the All Items section of the popup and click Shop > Products; or c) type "Products" in the search field and click Shop > Stores in All Items in the results.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Engage Classic administrator:

To view and manage Products within the Soapbox Engage administrator, go to the Shop Stores module on the home page of the administrator and click View All. In the Stores Manager, click the Products tab. From the Products Manager, you can create, edit, copy, publish, unpublish and delete Products in the Shop app.

You can also click Shop in the main menu. From the Control Panel the opens, click the Products tab.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox CMS Classic administrator:

To view and manage Products within the Soapbox CMS administrator, go to Components > Soapbox Shop > Products Manager in the main menu. From the Products Manager, you can create, edit, copy, publish, unpublish and delete Products in the Shop app.
