Accessing the Fundraiser Soapbox User account for a Fundraising Page directly from the Fundraising Page tab

To access the Fundraiser Soapbox User account with which a given Fundraising Page is associated directly from the Fundraising Page tab.

To do so:

• Open the Fundraising Pages tab
• For Fundraising Page in question, click the hyperlinked username in the Fundraiser Username column

This will open the edit view of the Soapbox User account, allowing you to make changes, as you wish, including unblocking the account, if you need to activate it to allow access to the Fundraising Page.
