Update for Authorize.net recurring donations to be indefinite in installments

In response to a number of requests from the Soapbox community, effective May 18th with a recent update to Soapbox, all new Automated Recurring Billing (ARB) subscriptions created in Authorize.net through the Donations app will recur indefinitely. This alters the earlier behavior that set the ARBs to end after 12 installments.

This update to the Authorize.net integration makes its behavior consistent with recurring donations made using our other payment processors.

As a reminder, if you wish, you can alter the number of installments for any active ARB directly in Authorize.net. For more details, see Changing the Subscription Duration for ARB Subscriptions in Authorize.net.
