Soapbox 2.10.188 included the following features and fixes:
Petitions app
- Updated the Petition sign up form to render the State field as a text field, if the country selected by the supporter is something other than the United States or Canada
- Added the ability for an administrator to choose to display the two-letter country code of Supporters in the Supporter list on a Petition
- Updated the display the city and state in the Supporter section of a Petition so the comma separator is only shown if both city and state have values
