Some Soapbox sites currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues - 10/4/2017

Due to an issue affecting a portion of the Soapbox server architecture, some Soapbox sites are currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues for a subset of users. Our engineers are currently investigating this issue and we expect full service to be restored shortly.

We apologize for this inconvenience. We will update this post with additional information, as it becomes available.

    Since the initial steps taken by our technicians to address the issue related to the affected portion of our server architecture, all traffic to Soapbox sites appears to be successfully loading pages, as expected.

    We will continue to monitor the situation and provide further updates as able.

    As further follow up, some visitors may be experiencing slowness when accessing Soapbox sites due to wider network issues outside the Soapbox data center. Our technicians are working to respond to these issues to ensure normal service is returned for all visitors.

    In response to the situation yesterday evening, our technicians made some further adjustments to the Soapbox server infrastructure to mitigate the immediate issue. We have been aggressively monitoring Soapbox throughout the evening and into today, and can confirmed normal service.
