User Integration Now Compatible with Microsoft Dynamics

Summary

This major release extends the power of the existing Salesforce User Manager so it can be used by organizations with other CRMs like Microsoft Dynamics.

Now called User Integration, admins are able to select which CRM they wish the User Integration to use— either Salesforce or Microsoft. Nearly all of the existing Salesforce parameters on the User Integration view work with Microsoft as well.

Additionally, this release adds support for Donor Chose Designation on Donation forms for MSFT integration. And it adds the ability to save the Contact Id of a Fundraiser to a Donation Import record when someone donates to that Fundraiser’s P2P page.
