Support for Donations Custom Question Merge Fields

Summary

Here’s a big one! This release adds support for merge fields to be used in Donations thank you pages, donor confirmation emails, and administrator confirmation emails for Salesforce and Microsoft custom fields included on a Donation page.

These new merge fields can be used in donor confirmation emails whether you are using the Donations standard template or custom template.

Thanks to this release, you can continue to personalize the giving experience for your donors. Displaying donor names or other donor information in thank you or confirmation pages may seem like a small detail, but it’s one way to help create a stronger sense of community and gratitude between your organization and its supporters.
