Where does data collected in the Reservation Info section for an event registration land in Salesforce?


After a visitor completes the registration process for an event that is integrated with Salesforce, data collected from the Reservation Info section is stored in Salesforce as follows.

  1. First, temporarily in the Lead object.
  2. After successful automated conversion by the Soapbox Events for Salesforce connector app, data is moved to the Account, Contact, and Opportunity records.
