Summary
A recent Soapbox release improves upon the Events app ticket management. With this release, admin and front-end users alike are able to cancel ticket orders. Salesforce ticket records are automatically updated when a ticket is canceled (or uncanceled by an admin). This should help streamline event management internally for nonprofit teams, while empowering front-end users.
