Expanded Event Merge Fields with Microsoft Integration

Soapbox Engage is pleased to announce the release of version 2.11.33! This update introduces key features to enhance event management and attendee communications for nonprofits using Microsoft Dynamics as their CRM.

Key Features:

  • Custom Microsoft Fields for Attendee Info: Admins can now include values for custom Microsoft fields on the Attendee Info tab as merge fields in confirmation pages and emails, allowing for greater personalization. This adds the same merge field options for custom Microsoft fields on the Attendee Info form as existed previously on the Reservation Info form.
  • Default Values for Custom Microsoft Fields: Default values can be set for merge fields included in confirmation emails and pages for custom Microsoft fields on the Reservation Info or Attendee Info tab. Should you have a field that is not required and not filled in by the registrant, the default value you define will be displayed.
