Viewing and updating Designation for a Fundraising Page integrating with Microsoft Fundraising and Engagement

If you wish to view or update the Designation for a Fundraising Page integrating with Microsoft Fundraising and Engagement, you can do the following:

  1. Open the Fundraising Page whose Designation you wish to view or edit in the administrator
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the view to see the current selection for Microsoft Fundraising & Engagement Designation and the text for Other Designation, if entered
  3. For Microsoft Fundraising & Engagement Designation, click Select
  4. In the Peer-to-Peer Designations popup, to change the Designation with which donations from this Fundraising Page are associated with, tick the checkbox next to the Designation
  5. For Other Designation, you can view the value entered by the Fundraiser. This value is only recorded in the Soapbox admin and not displayed on the front-end or saved to Microsoft. If you wish, you may create a new Designation value in Microsoft Fundraising and Engagement that matches the Other Designation value entered by the Fundraiser. Once that is done, you can update the Microsoft Fundraising & Engagement Designation parameter to select the newly created Designation.
  6. Click Save
