Connecting Soapbox to Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud

To connect Soapbox Engage to your Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud instance, you will need to choose a user account in Salesforce with which to make this connection. Once you have done so:

1. Login to the Soapbox administrator
2. On the right side of the the Control Panel, click the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Settings module to expand it
3. In the expanded module, click Connect
4. You will be forward to a Salesforce login page. Enter the credentials of the user you wish to connect to Soapbox and complete authentication.
5. Upon returned to Soapbox, review the details in the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Settings module by verifying the username of the Salesforce user you connected
