Disconnecting Soapbox from Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud

To disconnect Soapbox Engage for your Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud instance:

  1. Login to the Soapbox administrator
  2. On the right side of the the Control Panel, click the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Settings module to expand it
  3. In the expanded module, click Disconnect
  4. Upon refresh of the Control Panel in Soapbox, click the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Settings module to expand it
  5. Review the details in the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Settings module to verify that the Connect button is present and the username of the Salesforce user that had been connected is no longer present
