If you utilize Classes (aka: courses) within the Events app, there may be times where you'd like to export a list of all your classes, or import a list of new ones. Below you'll find the steps for each!
1. Import Classes
After logging into the Soapbox Administrator, navigate to the Events app > Courses tab. In the top right click the button "Import" and you'll be brought to the import page:
If this is your first time importing classes, go ahead and download the sample file to help make sure all the data you need is there and ready to import.
Once you have your import file ready (make sure it's in .csv format), click "Choose File" to upload it and click the "Import" button in the top right of your screen.
The page will then refresh and you'll see a preview of the classes that have imported to Soapbox. You will now be able to view them under the Courses tab in the Events app!
2. Export Classes
After logging into the Soapbox Administrator, navigate to the Events app > Courses tab. In the top right click the button "Export" and you'll be brought to the export page:
Choose whether you'd prefer to export all classes or only ones that you applied a search filter to. You'll then click the "Export" button in the top right of your screen. If you have a lot of classes, the export may take a couple minutes. Once complete, you'll have a .csv file to review!
