Create P2P Fundraising Pages with Event Registrations

Summary

With this update, organizations can now turn on the ability to automatically generate unique peer-to-peer fundraising pages for event registrants when they sign up for an event associated with a P2P campaign— seamlessly linking Soapbox Donations P2P campaigns with events in the Soapbox Engage Events app.

Soapbox administrators will notice a new Peer-to-Peer Fundraising section in the Event edit view, and a new Peer-to-Peer Campaign option in the Events app, enabling:

  • Automatic Fundraising Page Creation – A fundraising page is created for each registrant who opts in based on the associated P2P campaign.

  • Seamless User Management – If a registrant does not have an existing Soapbox user account associated with their email address, a new user account will be created.

  • Automated Email Notifications – Registrants receive a confirmation email with their new fundraising page details and new Soapbox user account information.

  • Integrated Event & Fundraising Experience – This release seamlessly combines event registration and peer-to-peer fundraising, making it effortless for supporters to amplify their impact.
