Soapbox 2.10.230 included the following features and fixes:

Directories app

• Allow for the grouping of Directories List Display results by either a picklist value or a reference field
• Display the name of the record whose Id is contained in the reference field as the grouping header, if results are grouped by a reference field
• Allow admin to designate a subheading that displays under the grouping name, if grouping by a reference field, that is the value of a field on the same object the reference field refers to
• Display the groupings in alphabetical order
• Display any empty results for the group by field as the last grouping value
