• Updated the Campaign [Select] modal popup form on add/edit Donation form > Integration tab to use All as the default rather than Soapbox Donation for the Show Campaign Record Types search toggle

• Updated the Campaign [Select] modal popup form on add/edit Event > Integration tab to use All as the default rather than Soapbox Registration for the Show Campaign Record Types search toggle
