Notice of scheduled maintenance window - May 31, 2018 and June 2, 2018

In our continuing efforts to maintain high levels of security and vigilance for your services with us, we have scheduled two standard maintenance windows for the Soapbox platform during the next few days. The maintenance performed during these standard maintenance windows will upgrade the Soapbox server infrastructure to enhance performance and ensure continued compliance with accepted security standards.

We take both the security and uptime of your site very seriously. To that end, we have scheduled this maintenance window for the soonest possible time that would fall out of regular business hours to minimal impact from this maintenance.

First maintenance window: May 31, 2018, 11pm - 12am ET
Sites upgraded: Soapbox sites with a custom SSL certificate for their Soapbox domain
Potential downtime: less than 10 minutes

Second maintenance window: June 2, 2018, 11pm - 12am ET
Sites upgraded: all other sites (i.e. those that use *.nonprofitsoapbox.com for their Soapbox pages)
Potential downtime: less than 10 minutes
