Boost recurring donations this giving season with the new upsell prompt!When a new Soapbox web user is created - either on the front end of the site or by an administrator - a welcome email will be sent. This email will include the username for the new account as well as a link to reset the web user account password, if the user doesn't know their password.
While it is not recommended due to security reasons, if you wish, you may choose to have the password for these new web user accounts sent as plain text in the email.
If you wish to have passwords sent as plain text, please submit a ticket with your request.
