Viewing and managing Instructors for the Classes app in the administrator

How you view and manage Instructors in the administrator is determined by the version of the Soapbox administrator your site has: Soapbox Lightning, Soapbox Engage Classic, or Soapbox CMS Classic.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Lightning administrator:

To view and manage Instructors, click the App Launcher waffle to the left of the navigation bar. In the App Launcher popup, do any of the following: a) in the Standard Apps section of the popup, click the Events app tile and then the Instructors menu item in the contextual navigation; b) scroll to the All Items section of the popup and click Events > Instructors; or c) type "Instructors" in the search field and click either the Events app tile or Events > Instructors in All Items in the results.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Engage Classic administrator:

To view and manage Instructors, either click View All in the Events Pages module or click Events in the main menu. From the Event Manager, click the Instructors tab. From the Instructors Manager, you can create, edit, copy, publish, unpublish, delete, import or export Instructors in the Events app.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox CMS Classic administrator:

To view and manage Instructors within the Soapbox CMS administrator, go to Components > Events > Instructors in the main menu. From the Instructors Manager, you can create, edit, copy, publish, unpublish, delete, import or export Courses in the Events app.
