How you view and manage Semesters in the administrator is determined by the version of the Soapbox administrator your site has: Soapbox Lightning, Soapbox Engage Classic, or Soapbox CMS Classic.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Lightning administrator:
To view and manage Semesters, click the App Launcher waffle to the left of the navigation bar. In the App Launcher popup, do any of the following: a) in the Standard Apps section of the popup, click the Events app tile and then the Semesters menu item in the contextual navigation; b) scroll to the All Items section of the popup and click Events > Semesters; or c) type "Semesters" in the search field and click either the Events app tile or Events > Semesters in All Items in the results.
For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Engage Classic administrator:
To view and manage Semesters, either click View All in the Events Pages module or click Events in the main menu. From the Event Manager, click the Semesters tab. From the Semesters Manager, you can create, edit, copy, publish, unpublish, or delete Semesters in the Events app.
For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox CMS Classic administrator:
To view and manage Semesters within the Soapbox CMS administrator, go to Components > Events > Semesters in the main menu. From the Semesters Manager, you can create, edit, copy, publish, unpublish, or delete Semesters in the Events app.
