Viewing transactions designated as fraud in the Transactions view

If you have designated a transaction as fraud in Soapbox, that transaction will no longer appear in the Transactions view by default.

To view these transactions:

  • Go the Transactions view in the Donations app
  • Click the filter icon to the right of the page to open the filter pane
  • Scroll to the bottom of the filter pane
  • For Fraud Status, select All Transactions or Fraud Only, depending on your preference
  • Click Save
