If Salesforce returned an error when Soapbox attempted to create a Lead record for a one-time or initial recurring donation, that error can be seen on the Transaction detail view in Soapbox.
To view any error recorded by Soapbox from Salesforce:
- Go the Transactions view in the Donations app
- Find the transaction in question using the search field and/or filter pane
- Click the hyperlinked Name to view the Transaction detail view
- Scroll down to the Salesforce Information section
- The text of any error received from Salesforce by Soapbox when attempting to create a Lead for this transaction will be noted at the bottom of this section.
