Viewing details of Salesforce errors that occurred when Soapbox attempted to create a Lead for a transaction

If Salesforce returned an error when Soapbox attempted to create a Lead record for a one-time or initial recurring donation, that error can be seen on the Transaction detail view in Soapbox.

To view any error recorded by Soapbox from Salesforce:

  1. Go the Transactions view in the Donations app
  2. Find the transaction in question using the search field and/or filter pane
  3. Click the hyperlinked Name to view the Transaction detail view
  4. Scroll down to the Salesforce Information section
  5. The text of any error received from Salesforce by Soapbox when attempting to create a Lead for this transaction will be noted at the bottom of this section.
