Tracking Directories page views by logged in Soapbox users in Salesforce

With a recent update to Soapbox, you can now track which Directories pages a logged in user views in Salesforce and associate those views with their Contact record.

This feature is available to sites using our User Integration portal feature that allows for personalized web user experiences for front end users by connecting those web accounts to a Contact in Salesforce.

Now, you can get real-time insight into which Directories views are being accessed most frequently and by whom - directly in Salesforce!
