Viewing orders designated as fraud in the Orders view


If you have designated an order as fraud in Soapbox, that transaction will no longer appear in the Orders view by default.

To view these transactions:

  • Go the Orders view in the Shop app
  • Click the filter icon to the right of the page to open the filter pane
  • Scroll to the bottom of the filter pane
  • For Fraud Status, select All Orders or Fraud Only, depending on your preference
  • Click Save
