If you have designated a transaction as refunded in Soapbox, that transaction will no longer appear in the Transactions view by default.
To view these transactions:
- Go the Transactions view in the Donations app
- Click the filter icon to the right of the page to open the filter pane
- Scroll to the bottom of the filter pane
- For Refund Status, select All Transactions or Refunded Only, depending on your preference
- Click Save
