Selecting the contents of the Fundraising Page tiles on a Parent Campaign Page for a Peer-to-Peer Donation app page

updated

If your site has the peer-to-peer fundraising add on, you can select the contents of the Fundraising Page tiles shown on the main Parent Campaign Page for any Donation form for which peer-to-peer is enabled.

Each tile shows an image and a caption beneath it. You can choose one of three combinations:

  • User Avatar and Name shows the fundraiser's user avatar with the fundraiser's name. This is the default and the one most commonly used in traditional peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns.
  • Fundraising Page Image and Title shows the image and the title from the Fundraising Page itself. Use this when the individual fundraising campaigns represent not individual fundraisers but other entities, such as individual programs within an organization.
  • User Avatar and Fundraising Page Title shows the fundraiser's user avatar with the title of the fundraiser's page. Use this when you want supporters to recognize the fundraiser while still seeing what each page is raising money for. It is especially useful when your fundraisers do not upload their own page images, because those tiles would otherwise all show the same default image.

To choose the contents of the Fundraising Page tiles:

  1. Open the Soapbox Donation form you wish to update.
  2. Click the Fundraiser tab.
  3. In the Parent Campaign Page section, for Fundraising Page Tile Contents, select the option you wish to use.
  4. Click Save.

Note: When a fundraiser has not set a user avatar, the two options that show an avatar display a generated placeholder based on the fundraiser's first name, so the tile is never left without an image.
