Boost recurring donations this giving season with the new upsell prompt!If your site has the peer-to-peer fundraising add on and you have enabled Teams for a given Donation form, you can upload default images for the Team Logo and Team Photo for peer-to-peer Team Pages created by your team captains. The Team Avatar and Team Photo will be displayed if a Team Captain does not upload custom images for their Team.
To set default values for the Team page for a Donation form:
- Open the Soapbox Donation form for which you wish to set default values
- Click the Fundraiser tab
- Scroll down to the Team Page section
- For Default Team Logo, if one has been uploaded previously, you may select it from the drop down. If you wish to upload a new photo, click the Upload button and select the desired image from your local computer. The image should be square.
- For Default Team Photo, if one has been uploaded previously, you may select it from the drop down. If you wish to upload a new photo, click the Upload button and select the desired image from your local computer. The image should be landscape and large enough to span the width of your site content area.
- Click Save
