Peer-to-peer enhancements, Stripe improvements, and Strava updates for Donations app

We've continued to dedicate time to improving your ability to raise money with Soapbox with critical releases across a number of aspects of the Donations app. Those have included enhancements to our peer-to-peer add on, improvements to our integration with Stripe Payments, and continued work toward virtual activity fundraisers in Soapbox.

• Updated front-end Team page view basic structure and elements to improve overall user experience
• Added ability for an administrator to display the name of and link to the main campaign page from the Team page. Learn more >>
• Allowed an administrator to determine the contents of the Fundraising Page titles on a Team page of a peer-to-peer Donation form to show either the user avatar and name of the fundraiser or the fundraising page image and title. Learn more >>
  
• Added ability for an administrator to define a default Team Logo for a peer-to-peer Donation campaign. Learn more >>

• Added ability for a Team Captain to customize the Team Logo for their Team
• Added WYSIWYG editor to Team Description field on the add/edit Team page that allows bold, italics, underline, ordered lists, unordered lists, and hyperlinks
• Added WYSIWYG editor to Fundraising Page appeal field on the add/edit Fundraising Page that allows bold, italics, underline, ordered lists, unordered lists, and hyperlinks
• Added WYSIWYG editor to administrator for Team Description and Fundraising Page fields and Default Fundraising Page Appeal field
• Created a new Manage Connections view for logged in fundraisers, if an administrator has enabled Strava integration for a fundraising campaign. This is in support of the upcoming release of virtual activities fundraising with Soapbox due in the next few weeks.
• Added the ability for a logged in fundraiser to disconnect their user profile from their Strava account. This is in support of the upcoming release of virtual activities fundraising with Soapbox due in the next few weeks.
• Added recording the billing postal code entered by donors in the secure payment form to both Soapbox and Salesforce for transactions processed by Stripe Payments
• Added support for processing annual donations with Stripe payment processor
• Removed the standard zip code field from the secure payment form when Stripe payment processor is used since the Stripe zip code field is used
