5. Add details to the Account Settings view on Your Site

The Account Settings view in the administrator allows you to set site-wide values that are used by Soapbox when sending emails with our standard email template. You'll want to customize these for your site.

To do so:

  • Click the app launcher waffle icon on the left of the navigation bar in Soapbox Lightning
  • In the search box, type "Account Settings"
  • Click the Utilities > Account Settings hyperlink in the results
  • In the Account Settings view, enter the following information for your organization:
    • Organization Name
    • Organization URL
    • Phone
    • Logo
    • Street
    • City
    • Country
    • State / Province
  • Click Save
