The Account Settings view in the administrator allows you to set site-wide values that are used by Soapbox when sending emails with our standard email template. You'll want to customize these for your site.
To do so:
- Click the app launcher waffle icon on the left of the navigation bar in Soapbox Lightning
- In the search box, type "Account Settings"
- Click the Utilities > Account Settings hyperlink in the results
- In the Account Settings view, enter the following information for your organization:
- Organization Name
- Organization URL
- State / Province
- Click Save
