With a recent update to Soapbox, you can now manage site-wide organizational information with the new Account Settings view. This view is accessible in the Soapbox Lightning administrator and allows you to define your organization name, address, logo, phone number, and main website.
These settings are currently used as header and footer elements in the new standard email template. This template is used in various emails for the front-end user registration experience for sites with portals, the peer-to-peer experience, and, optionally, Events app registration confirmation emails.

To activate the Soapbox Lightning admin experience for your site, just click the Switch to Lightning UX link in the upper right corner of your administrator header. If you don't see the Switch to Lightning UX link, just submit a ticket and we'll be happy to assist.
