Events app

• Resolved issue that incorrectly caused the standard email template to be used for Events email confirmations for events if the site database did not have a value for the Default Email Template for Events > Configuration and the specific event didn't have a value in the database for Email Template

Soapbox Administrator

• Resolved issue that prevented the Save, Apply and Cancel buttons on the add/edit user view in the User Manager from working properly in Soapbox Lightning
