Donations app

• Resolved issue that prevented a visitor from altering a value they put in the Other amount field on a Donations form if that form had the cover the transaction fee option enabled
• Resolved issue that displayed the reCAPTCHA form on main campaign peer-to-peer pages even if the donation form was not displayed on those pages
