- Added zip code field to the address fields of the initial form to address edge cases where a lack of zip code was preventing the Google Civic API from returning the visitor's elected representative
- Added the "Newsletter Sign-Up" and "Receive Updates Sign-Up" field values to the Supporters export CSV file
- Updated the Salesforce Lead creation process to include the "Newsletter Sign-Up" and "Receive Updates Sign-Up" field values
- Resolved issues with the formatting of the Letters export CSV file
