Viewing and managing the Shopping Cart in the administrator – Soapbox Support Center

In the Shop app, you have the ability to enable a shopping cart that allows front-end users to add products from search and browse views to their cart and check out in one transaction.

How you view and manage shopping cart in the administrator is determined by the version of the Soapbox administrator your site has: Soapbox Lightning, Soapbox Engage Classic, or Soapbox CMS Classic.

To be able to access the Shop shopping cart view on the front-end of your site, you will need to create a menu item for it to define the URL where it is accessed. For more, see this article:

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Lightning administrator:

To view and edit the shopping cart Configuration settings for Shop, click the gear icon in the upper right of the Shop Stores module on the home page. You may also click Shop in the main menu and then click the Configuration tab in the Control Panel. On the Configuration view, click the Shopping Cart tab.

Alternatively, in the App Launcher popup, do any of the following: a) in the Standard Apps section of the popup, click the Shop app tile and then the Configuration menu item in the contextual navigation; b) scroll to the All Items section of the popup and click Shop > Configuration; or c) type "Shop" in the search field and click Shop > Configuration in All Items in the results. On the Configuration view, click the Shopping Cart tab.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Engage Classic administrator:

To view and edit the shopping cart Configuration settings for Shop, go to Components > Soapbox Shop > Configuration in the main menu and click the Shopping Cart tab.
